Sun River-ing

For the past few months Nick and I have been planning to go on a little vacation in Sun River Oregon. We wanted to have some of our close friends from Portland to join us. The day we got there we were pleasantly surprised that there was actually sun! But, as we all know things change fast up north and the sun turned to rain within an hour or so. That didn't spoil our fun though! We made food, played games, let Ben and his friend Jake play inside with cars and blocks. Some of the group went to a few local breweries and had just a few beers and that same day after dinner three of the guys went down to the Deschutes river and went for a swim... yeah brr! All in all it was a nice getaway for a few days and we look forward to hopefully doing it again next summer!
